So the undercover breaking is based on driving through the marker(s) for the locations, different locations have different coverages based on various design steps.

The chance of losing undercover is based primarily on war level iirc, at higher war level you are far more likely to be spotted than at lower. Aggro may also contribute to this however I cannot say for certain.

thx for quick reply but take note that my war level is 1, and i didnt even complete one mission, its the first road block from my HQ, i passed 4 times through it, and twice i got undercover brake. i literaly drove same road, same speed.

It's still a chance, just the likelyhood changes with WL etc.
