Load them into a vehicle (you can even carry one on a quadbike!) and then once you have killed some enemy forces, unload the box and take it to their corpses.
You can then use the interaction menu to automatically loot all the corpses within a certain radius.
Take the box back to HQ and you can then load the contents of your lootbox to the arsenal in the same way as the large green boxes at military locations.

Don't worry though, while we may have joked about it internally, we aren't gonna be adding any micro-transactions ;-)
To be honest, I can see how it could make the game a little bit easier. I didnt mean microtransactions per say, but buying a bunch of random stuff for some ingame currency could be nice. It would be easier finding more stuff when running a lot of mods :D
