Dedicated server setup instructions can be found on the old google machine.
BIS wiki would be a good start point.

If you want to rent a server, we recommend Armahosts as they provide the official community servers for us and we have had nothing but stellar service from them.

For more detailed help with setting up Antistasi itself, please try our discord where there are more folks with better understanding of the process than I have.
