Outpost Helicopter Issue
In the outpost near Agia Pelagia,bottom right corner of the map, a helicopter spawns but the flag pole of the outpost blocks the chopper from taking of destroying or severely damaging it while trying to take off

Vehicle spawning is being revamped in the next version.

No, we (the dev team) work part time on this project with each of us having various real life responsibilities and, as such, we agreed that all of our releases would be content based rather than time based. This means that we will never work to time based deadlines or release dates. If you want to see our progress towards the next version, and what to expect from it, you can view the milestones on our Github page.
