Umm... You clearly have a steam account. You can download workshop mods without owning the game on steam.

You subscribe, steam will download it to wherever the devs set up the mods to go (default is steamapps/workshop/content/*GameID* or you extract the URL of the mod from the workshop page and download it using a browser. There's a couple of apps floating around that simplify the process. Google has the answers.

Can you pleeaaase post this mod on the Nexus Mod forum? I have the GOG version too, but I really don't like going onto Paradoxes forum. The Nexus is much more fairer and easier to download mods from. They have a whole Mods section for this game.

I'm especially looking for the smooth face change sincce females are so incredibly ugly in the default game, I mean like every single one. How is that even possible? Is every girl beaten across the face with a stick when born in the far future?

Anyway, I'll be truly grateful.

P.s It is certainly not easy to download off Steam unless the game is already Steamed. It's confusing and convulated. Tried it, it's a pain.

You haven't updated this in a while, so could you at least upload the most updated version to Paradox? Valve has officially told the steam workshop download site to cease and desist, so there's no other alternative for most people with non-Steam copies.
