Debug mode only, totally disabled achievements.
debug_enabled.txt only, also disabled achievements.
I tested with new save and the achievement "Oxygen Not Occluded".
Load up save, the "oxygen vented" goes up. Turned on the debug, checked again, it stopped moving up. Stuck in same amount until I close game and restart.
Edit: Technically it will enable the achievement whenever you fresh load the game. But as soon as you turn on debug, it will disable it again.
I retried the test and could not reproduce it ;(
I would like to ask when you turn on debug mode, the Colony Summary page should show a green tick, right?
Yes the green tick is there but achievement does not work still. As i stated before, the achievement stops working/tracking. For example, if we use the Oxygen Not Occluded achievement, when you go to the Colony Summary, it would say "Vented: 0 kg / 1000 kg". When you build something that generates oxygen through gas vents, it will start counting up, "10 kg / 1000 kg" and so on. But after I turn on debug mode, it will stop counting and stuck at 10 kg.
Another scenario would be, for example "Get a Room" achievement, if you have debug mode on, and you build every room needed for the achievement, the achievement will still not pop. You have to save, quit game, restart game, load the save, then the achievement will pop.
Can you provide a game log if you can?
I can but what do you want me to do for it? I don't think it can help anything since all i do is just check the colony summary to track if the achievement tracking is enabled. Turn on debug to test, it stops tracking, i quit game, repeat. I can record a video to show if you want. Do you have discord or email for me to send ?

Steps:
1. Make sure mod is on. (Yes i have a bunch of other mods, but nothing for achievements)
2. Load the save.
3. Let oxygen flow through vent, check achievement tracking as normal / expected.
4. Turn on debug mode (with debug_enabled.txt, using Debug mode (Backspace) and Debug instant build (CTRL+F4))
5. Go back and let oxygen flow through vent.
6. Go to Colony Summary and check achievement tracking. Green tick is on. Achievement tracking is off. Number is stuck to the one before turning on debug.
7. Go back to game, use debug mode to vacuum out the room so oxygen will flow through vent again.
8. Re-check achievement, still stuck at same number. Confirmed stuck and achievement tracking is disabled.

I have tried several times and reviewed most of the relevant code and for the time being I have not found.
Have you tried using only the current MOD?
Maybe it's a code in the DLC? I didn't buy the DLC so I can't get the code, but technically speaking the DLC shouldn't affect the basic functions.
OMG! I am so so so sorry LOL.. I have Fast Track on and i didn't check the setting after reinstalling it. Apparently I have the achievement disabled on .. I feel so stupid.. I am sorry for making this problem lol. Thank you so so much for your respond!
