Why are other NPCs not attacking APC?
I don't know why, but when I play singleplayer, APC attacks the player and NPC but NPCs do not attack APC, anyone knows why?
(I mean only rebels and citizens)

The half life 2 code just doesn't accept the APC as a valid target for NPCs.

npcs try to aim the driver (npc_apcdriver) inside the vehicle, but they can't because they can't properly see the driver. the driver is inside the apc, enclosed from all corners, and that's all the npcs could see.

if the owner had used an EFL_DONTBLOCKLOS engine flag to the apc, all npcs would be able to see, react and fire onto the apc.
