Attacks Citizens But doesnt Hurt them....
I've been playing on my own server with this and it attacks citizens but they dont die or get hurt by the missles, and bullets. Other NPCs can kill it but can die from it. It also attacks other fellow Combine. I would love this to get fixed and hope is doesnt have the red dot in my face the entire time I play....:physgun: Forgot one thing NPCs dont attack it.....

Idk why they dont do these things you just said but it has happend to me too. :steamsad:
