THEY DO DO DAMAGE
Its just that only other SNPCs will take damage, regular NPCs oddly do not. It is most likely the type of rockets and bullets and etc.

CORRECTION, THEY DO DAMAGE ALL NPCS, BUT NOT CITIZENS FOR SOME ODD REASON.

man i wish they had a npc pack but just enemy and friendly vehicles that are ai like this one every time i type vehicles and click npc it just shows army npc packs and even then there just tanks

for me it only does damage to me and nothing else, and even when it was, the npcs dont target it, or even shoot at it, they dont attack it at all

Delete any NPC addons,for me it damages everything.
