the mod doesn't work, it doesn't download the whole mod
I need help, my mod for EAT doesn't work, I redownloaded the game because I rebuilt my computer. I downloaded the game and mods via steam but on the steam website it shows that the mod weighs 2.1 GB and in the game folder, in the launcher, the size is 1.9 GB and the mod does not work, there is some information about the lack of encryptor or something like that. can anyone help me how to run the game with this mod

Can't tell why it doesn't work, but mods for HOI4 are located in SteamLibrary\steamapps\workshop\content\394360

I know where the mod is because it can be opened via launcher but it doesn't load it to the game and the size of the mod file doesn't match
