Possible submod idea
I had a dream earlier about a submod that focuses around Equestria.It starts off with Celestia just doing her duties when suddenly a loud noise echoed across the castle. The royal guard decides to investigate and found a purple unicorn that looks like Twilight Sparkle except it was an evil counterpart of her from another dimension. Celestia saw that the unicorn's horn was like her's but it glowed red. She was also angry with her, saying that there needs a dramatic change to Equestria, the change if the Twilight doppelganger controls Equestria herself.

The event chain could be similar to get Sombra back in the Crystal Empire.

it's actually very interesting idea, I would like to see idea of lerning about how this happened and about parraler universes in game

well I think that there must be transformation of equestria. you said that this evil counterpert was saying someting about changing nation, it could be similiar with golden morning construcion of destiny mechanic. Also I think that there should be storyline about going back to doppelanger dimension, there would be gathering info, collecting needed resources and finally a rite, the part about economy and army could be aiming to change their model to the one in it dimension

I have a few in mind
For Stalliongrad - Operation Tenebrisa
For Crystal Empire - Operation Maledicta
For Changelings - Operation Galaxia
Also would it spark a civil war or will it happen diplomatically

this strange uniconrn you mentioned eariel, for name it could be either "???" or "Twilight Sparkle?" the real name could be revaled later
