how do you create the solar empire ?
i know if you do that batpony arc and ignore luna she will create the lunar empire
but how do you get daybreaker to appear ?

You need to increase fascist support to around 50% for the event to fire

Pick every super fascist decision during the war with the Changelings. Like media censorship, crackdowns on protesters, things like that. Eventually under the Cost of War decision box, or w/e it's called, Celestia will registered as angry or worse and the option to embrace the flame, or something to that effect, will pop up. Click that, and boom. Daybreaker.
