Im playing as Equestria in 1011, at war with Changelings. I have done the Princess' Burden up to Toll of War and the War Plan, I have 61% Fascist Popularity. Atm it says Princess Celestia is feeling vengeful and that the ponies & the military will obey any orders, yet the decision is grey out. It wont let me select it and Im not sure what to do?
