well, right now no one is having plan to add more path for Equestria, but maybe you can suggest your idea in the discord server

Maybe as a begrudging alliance against the Changelings... But otherwise, since they both would hate each other, I doubt there's any real way to do that.

that would be really cool especially if it were an uneasy alliance, maybe against the changelings, maybe against sombra, or maybe against the Dread League

Actually, both of them have "Kind" paths. Like, Daybreaker can become protector, and Moon can be forgiving. Them allying may not be too far-fetched, probably through the interference of Mane 6
