Nimbusia revolt does not spawn with unique focus tree, just gets the generic focus for east griffonia.

This appears to be because the revolt spawning event does not have have the load_focus_tree = Nimbusian_Slave_Revolt effect, I've tested with this added, does load the focus correctly
