Massive Bug with the Equestrian Civil War.
I progressed down the equestrian civil war path using all the militant choices for Luna. I then got the blood moon picked hello darkness my old friend to start the civil war. But when I got tag switched to NLR the game immedietly ended and put me to observer mode. I couldn't tag switch to the NLR because they didn't own any cores, all the equestrian provinces that are supposed to flip to the NLR remained under equestrian control. They were just occupied lands instead.

So now I can't even play as the NLR I can only play as Equestria. I even tried loading a prior save in hopes of fixing it and that didn't work.

I know you can play the NLR if you get caught after like the second militant event cause I just played a NLR game last night.

Right so I got it to work by getting all three Militant paths to go through and getting the bloodmoon event again. No Idea what changed but here is some pics from the first attempt.

I'm getting this same bug right now. I want to play as the Lunar Empire but as soon as I un-pause after switching countries the game over score screen comes up. Also, before un-pausing, I tried managing my divisions and several of them I couldn't add to armies. The commander portraits for the armies just completely disappeared. I could still move the divisions and if I un-selected them the commander portraits came back. How exactly did you fix this?

I fixed it by just making a new game and getting lucky with rolling high on the RNG again. It just worked the second time for me.

Okay, I guess I'll give it another try and see how it goes.
