bug or feature?
as the changelings i usually pair my special forces units with tanks, and at first their max speed is 5.2 km/h but sometime later in the game (ive failed to pinpoint when multiple times) their max speed jumps up to the tanks max speed 8-12 km/h.
this has constantly happen in my games and i try to scour through my tech and focus's to figure out where this (awesome) boost of speed comes from only to come up short.
anyone know?

I think it might be the level of infrastructure in the state might be the answer. Also, what tanks were you using.

depends on what tank I've researched, I start with light 1's if I can, then move to mediums and then modern tanks.

well i finally figured out what i think is causing the boost after my 8th changeling game but it makes no sense still
after researching magical weapons spend 75 army exp to let your special forces wield them and watch as their speed jumps
if anyone can tell me why this happens I'll owe you a cookie
