The Sniper hair is called The Wicked Man so i went with this, both Wicked Weave and Wicked Wig were options.

I hope the creator of this item doesn't mind people coming up with additional names. I thought of a few along the same vain. Boogeyman's Bonnet, Boogeyman's Bob, and Boogeyman's Blowdry.

Upon looking up his aliases, you are quite correct, though I think the reference is a bit obscure for most.
