Altough the V0.13 patch notes says it's fixed, the Jigme Wangchuk ( tag = BHU ) portrait is broken.

There's probably a handful of these issues. I probably missed a handful of things when I put together the new dev build. I'll run a full review on all the stuff meant to go into the update and do another cross reference of the KR 0.9.3 patch notes. Sorry for the inconvenience, it's been a bit hectic on our end for the past few days but you can expect a hotfix within the next day! Nice pick for a general by the way.

I tested it on my end without any issues and had a colleague from my Discord server test it as well. As you can see, there are no issues with the public release with the latest versions of KR and MR. So, the problem seems to be on your end! i wish I could help you more, but I can't really troubleshoot it further without more specifics. If you can, feel free to hop on our Discord server and message me there, I'm listed as the sole dev. I'll try to help you from there if the issues persists and you've made sure you're running the latest versions of KR and MR without any other mods that might interfere with the Finnish minister roster. I found 3 bugs:

1) I'm pretty sure you know it, but the notification icons are all messed up (as you will see in the screenshots).

I run a game where I tested all possible Italian election outcome because I saw bugs in the past regarding the ministers and I found 2 bugs:

1: 1.9 broke our custom interface. The alerts pull a certain spread of pixels from one image and since 1.9 changed its aspect ratio ti's all borked. It's since been fixed.
2-3: These were mangled by the minister rework and certain transfers in Italy in general.

All of these have been fixed in the past week and will be in the next update. Currently wrapping up all the spy stuff so we're very close to being able to update. Thank you for your report!

im playing Austria on the mod and im at january 1938. the game runs fine but when i click on the icon to deploy aircraft the game crashes to desktop, everything else is fine

That has nothing to do with MR. Our mod doesn't include a single line of code, it just adds graphics and sound that overlay on top of Kaiserreich. I also know that no such bugs were found by the KR testing team, which I'm on and consists of dozens of people, so I think we can rule those out.

Please check if you have any other mods active that affect either air tech, air forces, or air fields on the map as those are the likely culprits. If you don't have any such mods turned on, then it's likely a problem with HOI4 itself and I'd suggest you to contact Paradox's support and, if possible, have crash/game logs at handy (they're automatically genericated under "my documents\paradox interactive\hearts of iron 4" as a default in Windows).

So, I encountered this bug, It looks like one of the French operatives (I think) (I don't know if it's generic or not) is got isekai'd.

Well that one's on me. I was in a hurry trying to get this patch out as fast as possible given the huge amount of file path changes in KR in the last patch and I guess I just forgot to move that one from my work folder to the actual development folder. It's fixed now, thank you kindly for reminding me. Could've sworn I put that in for the release!

The portrait of Antanas Smetona, the Auth. Dem. leader of Lithuania appears to be missing or broken, as it is the regular KR one and not one from this mod.
