The way to fix the mod
You should say thanks to Aaron100
He made the fix for the mod.
1. Navigate to Barotrauma's Mods folder
(Can for example be found in D:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Barotrauma\Mods)
2. Then open the folder "Xeno" and then the file "XenoRandomevents" with windows text editor
3. In the "XenoRandomevents" file add in the last line the following code:
"</Randomevents>"
It should look like this now: https://media.discordapp.net/attachments/606445009016717323/653654761320742919/Like_that.PNG?width=1096&height=677

4. Save it and close it
Now open Characters then open Xeno
(For me the path now is: "D:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Barotrauma\Mods\Xeno\Characters\Xeno" )
5. Now open "Xeno"(should be an "XML" file) with windows text editor
6. In the second line change "name="Xeno"" into "speciesname="Xeno""

And now you are done

If you guys can't find xeno folder,just activate xeno in the game

I've noticed that my game came with the mod fixed already and it won't work. It crashes when I try to spawn the Xeno, but the code has Speiciesname="Xeno" already in.

This guide is not up to date at all, the crash that you are experiencing is a other thing.
Both problems are fixed in the mod called "ALIEN - XENOMORPH-Fix"

that just let me not start the game at all. That mod dosent let me start the game at all. just shows a bunch of errors.
