Seems like this might be a problem originating from your rimworld folder, which might be corrupted. I recommend uninstalling it, cleaning up any remaining files in the Rimworld folder, and then installing it again.

I get the exact same exception when enabling only "Vanilla Armour Expanded". Enabling both "Vanilla Armour Expanded" and "Vanilla Furniture Expanded - Security" works with no errors. Security includes a different version of Harmony, maybe this is related?

I killed an ancient danger soldier wearing the Heavy Power Armour chestpiece and it wasn't tainted. Could it be a bug in that items code?

there is some missing item as i can recall, the ballistic mask, buleltproof vest, advanced flask vest, and nighvision google is nowhere to be found

@Floxll I know the ballistic mask was removed a while ago and I'm pretty sure the others were removed as well. They gave a reason, but I cannot recall why they did it. It would be nice if they could change the page to reflect that

There's a bug when wearing the Plated Helmer, that removes a pawn's colored eyes. Example: A Hussar wearing the helmet will return it to base-game black eyes. I'm sure this visual bug works with the eyes of a Mole person. Please fix this!

Prestige Siegebreaker HELMET does not have correct vacuum resistance.
