Before the remaster there was stable Bedding that u used to hatch eggs after some research it appears Legacy has it not remastered.

The hatchery in S+ and the terminals in Dino Storage V2 will both incubate eggs down to 1%. You just need a couple air conditioners to get them that last percent done.
