Changing from the old mod to the new one?
soooo i have a server running, we have had CKF for quite a while, and i figured at some point it would be best to jump from the old mod to this new one, but how do i go ahead and do that? cant have everything from the old mod vanish, some people have quite big builds with this stuff.

Can i somehow replace the old items with the new ones? without using 100000 spawn commands that is :P would the items jump over if i delete the old mod and install the new one? any info is much appriciatet^^

legit had the same question if it would be able to be used at the same time basically, I know this is an old post and question but was hoping for an answer as well lol

Easiest thing to do is run both. That is what I am currently doing.

Had to go join the discord :P

in any case i ran with both for a while, giving people a chance to change it and then removed the old one... realising that the new one was(at the given time, dont know if it changed) missing some of the major parts, like the large gate that opens by sliding the doors to the sides, rather than smack you in the face with them :P

My question is if you pull the old version of the mod, and replace it with the remastered version, will all existing structures remain or vanish on you? I've got some very serious building going on in a solo game that I would not want to start over from scratch. Thanks!

legit been running both with zero issues and have all the builds lmfao, 3 servers of mine have been perfectly fine running like that

Huntn you need to keep the old mod then, you can add the new mod and run both, but no items will be automaticly replaces, all items are new with new names and so on
