Horde Glitch/Oversight question
If you pick the Horde after their Exodus to Orgrimmar, your units won't have Orc models to represent them. Is this due being not Fel Cultured?

Spawned troops (example: Horde troops in the first bookmark) have model type based on their owner's culture. Raised troops have model type baised on their home province culture.

So, which units you mean? If you mean raised troops, where they're raised?

Troops raised from Frostwolf and Durotan culture provinces.

Do you have the model submod enabled? Orcs on my end work fine.
