Looting artifacts (and how they work)
Is there anyway to get an artifact from an other person besides being lucky during siege? Because for example my Silvana kills Arthas in duel (pogchamp) and i can't get his Blade. Also i got a queen of trolls in my prison, I killed her and her legendary ring dissapear. Can i do anything with it?
Also it's written sometimes: can use powerfull magic spells (c) but how to do it? and where?

There's SMALL chance you can get it in a duel.
You can inherit it. Invite courtier with an artifact, kill it, you get the artifact.

So far, you can use it for the Legion summoning and creating of two-headed ogres.
