Conquering the southern peninsula
Does anyone have any tips on how to unlock the tech tree after subjugating the southern peninsula? Everyone from what I can tell is conquered or a puppet. I'm playing as Tarkin and it's in the mid 40's, I've unlocked every tech except for the tree associated with conquering the southern peninsula. I've conquered all the way to Germany, Russia, and Malay but it is still greyed out. Maybe it's a bug?

Are you referring to the focus tree? There's no tech tree related to conquering things. I've also moved all conquering options to the decisions tab.

I wasn't able to start the focus tree called logistic review that requires phase 2 and control of the northern and southern perimeter. I ended up restarting the game and it's working properly now, I assume it was a bug. The other possibility is that I was doing the Co OP option and I accepted the 3 allies early on thinking that would take care of the lack of control, but it didn't.
