What do you use for your division templates? just the starter template or do you modify them?

Starter template, the speeders move so fast if you can get 2 to 4 divisions of them out you can make easy cutoffs and will win handily. The campaigns focus makes it easier if you use the middleeast plans tick.

Until the event is fixed, you will have a revolt in 1939 no matter what you do.

It's been fixed

i got the revolt in 39 even after i had gotten iraq and saudis. i had no warning (first playthrough) and it just "happened". then when i finished the focus that offers citizenship for service, i only got 100k manpower....what?

@ngforever1989 That doesn't stop the Civil War. The only way to stop it is to conquer Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Iran, Turkey, and Afghanistan. Only then does the civil war not fire. And honestly, this is informative. I didn't know what speeders really fell into other than being horse divisions that required you to build them. But not, I wanna try again and this time research speeders to see if I have to produce them or I just get to build them with just Infantry Equipment like horses.

i figured that out later, however my playthrough is ♥♥♥♥♥♥ since the update. this mod will just not load anymore. wont even say what version its for, just says "no version set" or something like that. the update broke my game completely. cant play 1.8.1 or 1.7.1

Correction, you need to conquer Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Iran, and Afghanistan. TURKEY IS NOT REQUIRED TO AVOID THE CIVIL WAR! However, there is an event that fires once you get the first 4, and sometimes it takes a while to fire. If the event doesn't fire by the deadline, you get a civil war. Generally since Turkey is the last of the 5 to take, if you take Turkey before the deadline you will probably have taken the other 4 long enough before the deadline to not have a problem, the event will fire with plenty of time left.

If you doubt it, look in the mod files, they are basically written in English, so it is easy to tell what is and isn't required.

I'm really not sure what the civil war adds to the game, is there a way to disable it?

@Bigjo66 There is no way to disable, and I assume it's meant to be a road block.

Is it enough to puppet them, or I is it necessary to annex them?
