Models not seen in campaign
Okay I have the mod on the top of the mod manager, but the models and illustrations are only seen in the custom battles, whereas in campaign these characters are still using their regular models and illustrations. Is this a bug or anything? can anyone help me please??

First, have you troubleshooted by only having this mod active. If not, do that first. I am sure you have conflicting mods somewhere.

I disabled all other mods yet it still didnt work

you can start a new savadata,it will be useful.

Got the same problem. Tried with all other mods disabled and new save game and it still doesn't work

alright thanks everybody, my mod is perfectly functional now. I checked my data folder and found out that there was a third-party mod affecting this one so I just deleted it and now everything is fine.

it seems i found my problem also. i had a mod which increased the number of turns per year, and so diaochan would arrive at 19 instead of 20. i think that was my problem anyway

I suggest you shut down and erase all other mods (because some of them meddles with the illustration and doesn't change even if you shut them down) and try making a new save then hopefully it will work.

move the data from workshop folder to the data folder it will work

I've test this mod without any other mods active, should I just uninstall everything and try again?
