Bug Report
Please report bugs here!!

* Ceiling caustics are messed up (game bug)

* If you have errors it's not because of the map. Try redownloading it or disabling addons.

* If you have messed up reflections, try redownloading the map. If that doesn't work, try mat_specular 0 in console

some reason the ground is shiny missing textures and the light house roof windows and floor is also missing textures

I'm having the exact same issue, verifying the game files didn't work for me.

Having same problem with missing textures
is it a situation with Half Life 2 chapter 2 or CS Source possibly needed?

redownload the addon. It should fix it.

Redowloading the addon didn't seem to work. I even deleted the file from my addons folder and then subscribed to the addon through Steam.

maybe you can disable the all shine of the map with the command: mat_specular 0

Hey, i'm having an issue where every time I attempt to boot up the map, it would kinda just get stuck in the loading screen, it'd make literally no progress at all and would show literally no signs of making progress, even after extended periods of time with it on. Could you be able to figure out what the cause of this is?
