Me too. I managed to go into the map once I ignored the addons' loading and it worked. Since then I've already cancelled half of my mods including other campaigns but seen no effect.

v3 still crashes, only let me finish the intro and then crash as expected

same issues, author create too much sounds ambience that cause flush crash

Lower your settings, Model / Textures should be enough.

In my case, disabling extended common infected (or population commons) addons solved this problem

Just unsubscribe and subscribe it, works to fix this bug without crash
