Sometimes attachment didn't equip

Sometimes attachment didn't equip or equip slowly. I tried reinstalling. But i can't fix this bug.
what should i do?
there are no error report on "Garry's Mod" consol

VSync, the scripts are locked at 60 RPS (Refreshs per second) and matching frames makes sure the scripts run properly
