cannot add any optics
well actually i cant add any attachment which will be put on by pressing 1, like the silencer for pistols for example.

apparantley there's a command, but i dont know what it is.

Spawn them using the entities tab.
Alternatively, you can go to Q - Utilites - FAS2 SWEPS (or something like that) - Admin, select all the attachments, and click Apply Changes.
