Sounds are broken?
I get no console errors but there no sound from them whatsoever

Yes, there are errors, but only on dedicated servers (I guess?).
For example
  1. CSoundEmitterSystemBase::AddSound( 'FAS2_RPK_S', 'scripts/sounds/lua.txt', ... ), script file not list in manifest 'scripts/game_sounds_manifest.txt'
  2. CSoundEmitterSystemBase::AddSound( 'FAS2_AK74_S', 'scripts/sounds/lua.txt', ... ), script file not list in manifest 'scripts/game_sounds_manifest.txt'

I tried to solve the problem, but no success..

Try typing "snd_restart" in the console.

Whatever, the new Gmod update fixed it, thanks anyway
