Errors in Server
After the CAP Sounds update freezing multiple times (as in the download rate, not a program), I restarded Garry'd Mod and Steam several times to finish it. I tried join a server successfully, but I can't not use anything Stargate (CAP) related on a server. Not ships, weapons, rings, gates, I just get an 'Carters Addon Pack Error #9' warning and that the download might be corrupted. Strange thing is, I can start a single player game on a map and it loads fine. How do I fix this?

PS: I also tried unsunscribing and resubscribing to the sounds, but that doesn't work either

Oh, could it maybe be because the servers themselves haven't gotten the updated CAP Sounds?

to answer this question. the cap sounds will not download at all. might be the biggots running steam.

Edit: a temporary solution is in moving the client downloaded one to the server addons folder and renaming it.

My guess about the servers was correct. Works fine now after they updated their CAP.

i cant get my test server to DL it as of today, will not even show a % just hangs up & says fail!

Try the github version if something fails.
