Report any bugs here and I will try to fix them.

1) Bandits left alone at the base will despawn.
Fix: Keep a party member with them. (Get a skeleton and let him sneak in one corner of your house.) They won't despawn if the game is forced to keep that zone active. Make sure you save with all your squads on screen because reloading resets nonactive zones.
