Ok, nice idea, but I don’t know how to create a idea/flag that limits the amount of divisions. Other solution can be reduce the economy type to civil economy.

Maybe you can make some choices which can lead to a war that any country of the Warsaw Pact be the leader of the sovietic union, and they fight together to take control of the USSR and get their independence together and maybe rule the USSR or form a new one

like a IT2 for east Italy and IT1 for west (unless you use the original ITA tag but it would probably make it better if it was IT2 as we could have more names for it)

1- There should be a tech tree for Turkey and some countries which had big roles in the cold war.
2- Portraits, colors and flags must be changed. (My eyes burn when i see West Germany)
3-There should be more ideologies and ideas (Like ministers etc.)

I believe that this mod is going to be great! I hope some talented people help this mod and make it one of the most popular mods in hoi4.
