Alternatives for Server Owners
If you do not wish to employ my fix but also have sourcemod installed, then do not worry! Alternative fixes have already been made publicly available for you to negate any attempt of the -Helm's Deep- Reborn addon overriding your core server settings:

As long as you are able to freely and completely moderate and manage your own servers, then that's what truly matters.

His helms deep shut my server down. I had to call customer support to see what was going on. They said something to do with Helms Deep. I could get into the server but couldn't run any games at all. I just removed it off my server. I have many older versions on my mediafire share. Play one of those instead. I'll check out this patch when I get a minute. Thanks

This is directly from my server logs. I am hosted through gameservers.com.
The Server kept shutting down when I tried to run any map. Not just helms deep. It was interfering with all my maps.
