There is a button on the character panel that gives a full list of what the character does for each scope:

Also when assigning someone to a faction position (using my advisor mod) it will tell you what effects the character will apply (unfortunately it looks like this new patch bugs the menu out a bit)

CA already included a character list, but i dont think its of any use. it could have been implemented there somehow i think.
Maybe it is impossible to do so though. The characters just have way to many positiv and negativ effects to always balance out. It should be less positiv bonusses but more poweful ones. imo. and negativ effects should be very specific and less too.
I tried to play this game in that manner, and it tilted me too much. There is just too much useless information and quite honestly prettty useless negativ and positiv effects. not all of them but many.
Nevertheless TY for your answer, i think i should have deleted this post after i stopped playing because of the already mentioned tilt :-)
Your mods were the only reason i even kept playing after my first 10 hours with the game. Really good work!!!!
