where to get the mech serum from?

The healing mech serum can be obtained either with a very rare chance from exotic good ships, otherwise you can et a quest for rainding a oupost or a hidout for the healing mech serum. The mod "more faction interaction" help to set the number of quest much higher so its more likely to get such quests. But if you really annoyed by it and just want it to go away, you can also spawn it in via dev "try to place near thing". Other mods like "Sparkling Worlds" will also make it possible to build them. What you also could try is installing a new brain into him, since this is possible with qqe, but I dont know if that fixes it, I just believe it since its in his brain.

Maiby I am just lucky or so, but with more faction interaction on max. settings I got so many quest and caravan request that I now already have in my 5 year old kolonie 8 Healing mech serum -1 and 5 reanimating mech serums.

okay, thanks for the indepth explanation. since i dont want to cheat with admin tools nor am i interested in making the game to easy (realy, questionable ethics mode makes this game a peace of cake) i will live with the downside for now. maybe i get lucky and my pal is willing to take a lethal hit to save another pal´s life ;)
