Cant install bodyparts
I have a colonist who lost an arm, so ... naturally I removed the arms of the next raider who stumbled into my base and survived my traps.
But I cant install it, there is no option to do so.

Am I missing something? Did something change in the enhanced version or is it because I only have herbal medicine?

Are you using the Rah's Bionics and Surgery Expansion mod (RBSE)? That mod restricts organ transplants (like installing a new limb) behind research.

I am using other mods, but none that would change surgery, the only thing comming close I guess would be "Death Rattle"

Hmmm, strange. I'm doing a complete retool of the surgery installation behavior in my next patch. Keep that limb around! Hopefully that surgery will show up after the mod patch.

If it helps, I just checked on the guy that "donated" the arm, I can install it on him.
The colonist I could not install the arm at had his shoulder blown off by a grenade and it said it was "burned" maybe that has anything to do with it, that the game didnt recognise that it was gone or something
