Both mod menus and vanilla bills menu don't have them. Parts were in my freezer... :S
Any logs or anything I can try?
Otherwise I'll try a new game with only this mod, to see if maybe it's a conflict with something else.

try using add bill when in medical, using a menu mod or w/e does nto always allow them to pop up mint menu i mean, it doesnt always reconize medical bills, but using the vahnilla method should. Also make sure the pats ar in a zone. Hope this may help you

Make sure you have the proper medicine and that it's enabled for that colonist. I ran into that problem before and it's because my colonist was set to only allow herbal.

I can only install legs etc when I first remove them.
I have some colonists with stab scars, lost feet etc and want to give them a new leg but to do that I first have to remove them before I can install them which gives huuuuge mood debuffs.

@Horatius Yes, that's the current behavior. I plan on changing it in patch 1.1.1 (the next patch after today).
