Wow and no answers i want to know the same... I had some mutagens stored on genebanks but cant use this building at all...

I literally just got done trying to figure it out, it seems to require a supported animal that has mutations that come with it, like for instance with Monster Hunter: Rimworld, there's custom mutations you can get for sequencing it after tagging the animal itself and selecting it in the sequencer: https://imgur.com/a/jBTTKME
