can morphed pawns breed ?
lets say i morph 2 pawn into a cow and a bull. will they be able to breed ?

No. Former humans are all infertile. How ever if you use the Debug menu they will produce a regular animal after the normal gestation period.

I cant say for sure since my playthrough is heavily modded but I'm currently trying to reform a wild "reformed human" that got pregnant

I've got a foxmorph and a sheepmorph in my colony (they aren't full animals, just bordering), and both have had children with no complications. I also had two colonists go full sheep (we needed wool and more barn animals), and they were DEFINITELY able to.
