"Powerful" and "Extreme" Genome cards?
I'm running into a challenge where I don't seem to be able to use the "powerful" and "extreme" mutation cards due to not enough database space. But building any number of storage units does not seem to impact that, even enabling the mod option for ignoring the storage space. Is there any way to actually do that, or are those just unusable?

You can actually do that by using the developer console. It's cheaty... But it allows you to unlock everything even if you are over capacity with it)

I'm just trying to figure out how to do it "legally" within the mod. I built 25 storage units, and I still couldn't use a single one of the cards, so I'm fairly sure it's not lack of space in the storage cluster... Unless there's some specific way you have to link those up that I don't know about?

Thus far, no, unfortunately. Still stuck at the same spot there.
