A little bug.
Sometimes i see NPC's spawned with both replaced legs limbs, and they still can wear boots. With only single leg its okay, one boot shows okay another with prosthetic is hidden. But with both legs replaced weared trough error boots is just cover limbs and do some weird clipping.) May be fix it to not spawn NPC's with both legs replaced or if so - to delete (not hide) boots from legs?

Sorry for my late reply (and sorry for my poor English).

It is the content described in 'known bug' in this MOD page.
This is a bug in FCS, and I already reported to Lo-Fi Games.
Fix is possible, but it takes a very long time.
I will prepare a simple MOD to fix this bug.
