The sound card shows about two extra +6 dB indicators when this sound plays in comparison with normal legendary drop sounds or any other sounds in game, that's like 4 times more loud that anything else.

It seems that this sound doesn't consider how far the item was from the character when it dropped so always plays it at full volume unlike other SFX that reduce volume with distance.
