Statistics Based on the Look of the Minigun
Buffs

+20% Move Speed when deployed
+10% Damage


Debuffs

-50% Bullets fired per unit of ammo
-10% Firing Speed
-20% Bullet Spread

I sorta agree with these stats, it would make it less insta-kill when you pop up into their faces, but would make it a much more viable option for fighting soldiers and demomen.
Also, you would actually need some skill to use this weapon compared to the spray and pray stock minigun.

I think it should have the same stats as the one from Classic.

Obviously it would make you slower as it looks heavier.
less bullet spread is a buff.
