Is it possible to only have this?

Loadout improvements
"Loadouts are positive item lists, things picked up not on the loadout list get kept in inventory."

I have basic knowledge of XML, what may I remove to only have this? Thank you in advance

Source is included. The weapon range changes and the winchester can be removed by removing the xml. Otherwise, comment out the patches you don't want and recompile. Would take a fair amount of work to support it being set by mod options, but patches welcome.
