I keep getting an error of "too many decals" when trying to load up the map.

That might be your settings. Try doing r_decals 9999 in console then loading the map.

i get a checker texture as the reflection on the tile floors in the main sector L room, every other textures work though.

i found a fem assassin outside of the spawn next to some stationary soldiers and she looked like this

not a big issue but i thought i should address it because this is a little weird

i went back in and their gear turned green
the color might have to do with a problem in the map

Never seen this happen before. Maybe it's your graphics card, or GMod settings?

Map isn't loading, just takes me back to the menu screen, i don't know what is causing it because it used to work fine before

Try unsubbing from the addon and deleting its gma, then re-subbing.
