Assassinations?
So i just got a request and it said that "A creative, indirect assassination will prevent diplomatic repercussions". So what is considered a indirect kill exactly?

seems blocking someone until they starve, or burning them by heatign the room are the only choice

Must not take indirect damage (Shooting IED still count as an attack), only environemental hazard can work

Taking item on the map is not an option (same penality as a kill)

How do you even find the city the target is in?
There are no links to the map, as there are with quests usually.

I used a pop up foam wall from remote tech. i set it off when target was in a square that the wall would form in and it killed target with no issues.

It usually just says the name of the town and its always within a certain hex tile of your base. Once you click on town it should have a button that shows what quests are linked to it
